Jiffy Lube

Really good experience this morning. Fast and honest service. They checked with me to make sure I needed service because they saw how good everything looked. That was because I had a full engine replacement recently. Appreciated them asking.

UPDATE: The AGM of the store called me and talked to me about all of the problems I had. He was extremely nice and offered to help me feel better about doing business with them in the future. He went above and beyond in helping me out. Why is Jiffy Lube so much more than most other places? I had passed up on WAL-MART service only because I wasn’t off work to schedule an appointment. There’s no reason that an oil change is north of $100 for the basic service. It is quick and convenient though. The management is great too.

My husband and I went to our local Jiffy Lube for the first time to get the oil changed in his car. Jiffy Lube provided amazing service in a great amount of time! The employees are all very nice and helpful! Jiffy Lube has definitely gained 2 new customers today!

Jeffrey, Steven, and Randy were great. Got in and out and at a better price with more services than the Polaris location. Will make sure I continue coming to the Marion location. All around great customer service.

I have had my oil changed here several times and have always had a positive experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Today in particular, I had a lot of questions regarding a specific problem, and Steven patiently answered all of them and provided recommendations. I'll definitely continue to be a repeat customer. I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change and had an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient. I want to give a special shout-out to Randy. He was not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable. His friendly demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable, and I appreciated the attention to detail he provided. The workers were very helpful and quick today during my oil change and fluid top off. Steven even went as far as removing a nest that I was u aware of and provided a new filter for my air flow of the vehicle. This will always be my go to place for any oil changes I get in the future! Steven needs a raise also, he’s very professional and helpful!
