These professionals always take very good care of my automobile. Every time I have used this Auto Parts store they have stepped up and took care of my varies issues. I do NOT understand how to fix my car problems! They take the time to explain the parts used to make my car run correctly. Then, they install the part right there at their store! They are polite and respectful when I ask them questions in relationship to what they are doing to repair my vehicle. In this day and age of the expense of a new car, I must keep my 2016 running as long as i can! This O'Reilly Auto Parts store is saving me money!

We broke down in the parking lot needing to replace the front wheel hub. They were kind enough to let us stay with the vehicle in the lot till morning. (Pay day) We got up early n purchased the part that was a fair price to me! They allowed us to pull around the side AND use there tools to get the job done! One of the workers even came out n gave us a hand in finishing! Great ppl!! Life savers!! Thanks so much to all of u!

Parts order was called in and my order was waiting on me when i walked in and i paid and was in and out within 4 minutes. In s perfect world, every business would operate just like this!

Employees are nice but here recently I’ve noticed that brake parts I get are always smaller then oem parts. Rotors are 2 inches smaller and still l fit but when you look at them and the pads you start laughing because you know your headed back because you were given the wrong parts. They always say those are the right parts but never fit. Why is that. Now I’m waiting on a return of my money from Friday and it’s Monday and my car sits there on a jack because they can take my money in seconds but yet I have to wait days to get it back when they have the merchandise. It’s 2024 why are we still dealing with this.
