Fast, Friendly and prompt service. We ordered 2 tires and they came in the next day. I was able to make it in to get my tired put on and because of time constraints on my end they got me in and out before I could finish writing this review!!! We will be return customers for sure.

Front desk employees are always kind and greet you at the door. Frequently during the winter months get my oil changed here. Slightly on the pricier side BUT it's always quality. Cheaper shops cut corners, not this one. Usually do my own work in the summer and drain plugs and filters after their work are never overtorqued. Thanks again guys!

I’ve been to Tazs tires a few times and I come in and asked for a used tire, the guys there got me all squared away with one. Really friendly and professional people there not bad on prices either. Highly recommend this place

Woke up to a flat tire this morning. In a town of 10 plus tire shops noone had what I wanted or needed, but NTB Marion got in within 15 mins and had my choice in stock!! THANK YOU GUYS!

NTB has been my go to shop for tires and automotive maintenance for awhile now. The staff is always friendly, polite, and explains things well and I have never had an issue after getting work done to my vehicle. I will continue going here in the future and have recommended NTB Marion to everyone I know. Keep up the good work!

FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF PROVIDING TOP-NOTCH SERVICE. After shopping for four new tires online, I stopped by my local NTB for an in-person quote. I was also looking for a reputable shop to provide extended service beyond the sale of the tires. The staff was busy answering the phones and taking care of walk-ins, but I was greeted promptly. When it was my turn at the counter, I met Brandon. Brandon was professional and knowledgeable; he took the time to explain my tire options and brought out tires that he had in stock so that I could compare the differences in the tread patterns. After I picked a tire, he explained that it was more efficient for me to order the tires through the NTB website and schedule my appointment. Although my appointment wasn't for two days later, NTB/Mavis delivered my order to Brandon the following day. The staff informed me with frequent phone calls; they were all very professional. Installation and checkout were fast. I found a reputable shop to service my car beyond the sale. Also, I shopped for pricing at more than five of NTB's competitors, including Costco. All were within $10.00 of each other after taxes and fees. Choose NTB here in Marion, save time, and spare yourself from the stress of shopping.

GREAT SERVICE - we will take ALL of our vehicles to NTB from now on!!! My husband had a slow leak in his tire. He thought it might be the valve stem. He first took it to Mr Tire, they said the tire was too old and they wouldn’t touch it. Not only did Tim Harrison from NTB replace the valve stem, there was NO CHARGE!! If you have to go anywhere in Marion, please consider NTB- they are great!!

I stopped in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires, The guys there were So helpful, they quickly checked out my tires and found a nail and within minutes they had it taken care of for me! It was Great service!

Brandon and Tim gave us great service on a bad tire stem. We walked in and they took care of us right away. Less than 30 minutes from walking in the door. We’ve always had good service at this location.
