Excellent / professional service! Jeff was a pleasure to work and was able to return my car timely at a very fair price. Would recommend to family and friends. We presently live in PDX but had driven a couple hours south since he could beat any surrounding price (I retrieved 8 or so bids from local transmission shops).

James had done me right when they were just starting up several years ago. This time however they were asked to fix a ticking noise and they did not fix it. When I called to say it is still ticking, Jeff said that I would have to bring it in again and pay another diagnostic fee. I called back and spoke with James and he said, " consider us a car doctor and every time you go to the doctor you have to pay your deductable". I couldn't believe what he said! Fist off, my deductable for the doctor is 20.00. Clearly alot less than a diagnostic! Secondly, when I explained that the car still is ticking, Jeff was condescending and short as well. I used to believe they were honest but my opinion has changed dramatically!

I am so thankful for Jet Auto! They took great care of my son this last summer when he was stranded after buying a small bus out in Sweet Home. They were professional, considerate, speedy and thorough in their diagnosis and services. They guaranteed their work, too. They are a warm, caring family run shop doing honest and quality service. If I lived 400 miles closer I would bring all my families vehicles into Jet:)!

I had taken my 2003 Dodge Ram to to 4 different shops to fix a shifting problem in the transmission. 2 shops didn't want to deal with it. 2 shops identified the problem as a cluster issue but didn't want to mess with it. I took the truck to Jet Auto and wiring a few days had the problem fixed and now my truck is running great. I would highly recommend this shop. Great guys!!

Dude is really nice and helped us right away he even looked at our car for free and told us what was wrong he was very fair with the price I will be definitely recommending to my friends and family to come to this place for their car problems, I also love how their friendly dogs greet u when u get there.
