Northwest RV Repair Center LLC Introduce
For owners of recreational vehicles in Aumsville, Oregon, and the surrounding regions, **Northwest RV Repair Center LLC** operates as a specialized establishment within the Auto Repair Stations category. Located at 9704 Golf Club Rd SE, Aumsville, OR 97325, USA, this center is dedicated to addressing the unique and often complex repair and maintenance needs of RVs and campers. Given the specific nature of RVs, which combine automotive mechanics with residential systems, a specialized repair facility like Northwest RV Repair Center LLC is essential for comprehensive service.
The environment of an RV repair center like **Northwest RV Repair Center LLC** is typically tailored to accommodate large vehicles. This would involve spacious service bays capable of housing motorhomes and travel trailers, along with specialized equipment for various RV systems. Unlike a standard auto repair shop, an RV facility needs tools for plumbing, electrical systems (both AC and DC), appliance repair, structural work on the RV's body and frame, and roof repair. It is reasonable to expect a facility that is equipped to handle everything from minor interior fixes to major exterior overhauls. While the provided information does not detail the waiting area or customer amenities, professional RV repair centers usually aim for a comfortable and organized space for clients, acknowledging that RV repairs can sometimes take extended periods.
The services provided by **Northwest RV Repair Center LLC** are centered on the comprehensive repair and maintenance of recreational vehicles. Based on customer feedback, their services include, but are not limited to, extensive bodywork such as **siding repair**, and addressing issues like **water damaged slider floors**. These are common and often critical problems for RVs, requiring specialized skills and materials to resolve effectively. Beyond these specific examples, an RV repair center typically offers a broad spectrum of services. This commonly includes: diagnosing and repairing engine and chassis issues (for motorhomes), maintaining and repairing RV appliances (refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters, air conditioners), electrical system troubleshooting (12V and 120V systems), plumbing repairs, roof sealing and replacement, structural repairs, and general preventative maintenance. Their focus on water damage and siding indicates expertise in common issues that can lead to significant problems if not addressed correctly. The goal of their services is to restore RVs to a functional and safe condition, ensuring their longevity and usability for travel and leisure.
The features of **Northwest RV Repair Center LLC**, as highlighted by customer experiences, present a mixed picture. On one hand, there is a testament to the potential for positive customer interactions and efficient service. One customer explicitly states being **"extremely pleased with talking to Guy, Sherry and Beth. All were friendly and happy to help."** This points to a staff that is approachable and willing to assist, which is a valuable asset in customer service. The ability to **"get us in in a timely manner"** for repairs suggests that for some clients, they can offer prompt service, which is crucial for RV owners who often have travel plans. Furthermore, the positive review highlights that they **"fixed everything in a very timely manner and was very pleasing to work with on the bill,"** indicating efficiency in repairs and a reasonable pricing approach. The strong recommendation to "RECOMMEND them highly" from this customer shows that when things go well, the experience can be very satisfying.
However, another review presents significant concerns regarding the quality and timeliness of work. This customer describes a prolonged repair process for a "2013 Arctic Fox Camper" involving "months" of waiting, and ultimately receiving "shoddy work" with "Lots of bubbles, or areas that the glue did not adhere" on the siding. The frustration is palpable, with the customer expressing regret over spending "thousands of dollars" on a vehicle that may "never be able to sell." This review attributes the issue to an employee who was later "fired," and mentions a perceived decline in quality since the "owner's father owned the business." This indicates a potential inconsistency in workmanship or a period where quality control may have been an issue. This duality in feedback suggests that while the center has the capacity for positive outcomes and good customer interaction, there might have been instances of significant quality control challenges that impact customer satisfaction, particularly concerning the execution of complex repairs.
Regarding promotional information, the primary method of promotion for **Northwest RV Repair Center LLC** appears to be through customer experiences and word-of-mouth, as is common for many local repair businesses. The highly positive recommendation from one customer acts as an organic endorsement, indicating their potential to build loyalty and attract new clients through good service. Conversely, the negative review, explicitly stating the intent to "go to every site, blog, you name it, and warn people to steer clear," serves as a counter-promotional message, highlighting the critical importance of consistent quality. While specific marketing campaigns or discount offers are not detailed in the provided information, their contact numbers, (503) 362-5079 and +1 503-362-5079, are readily available for customers to inquire about services, schedule appointments, or discuss their RV repair needs. Potential customers reviewing this business would need to weigh both positive and negative feedback to form a complete picture of the services offered and the potential for varying outcomes.

Northwest RV Repair Center LLC Customer Reviews
I brought my 2013 Arctic Fox Camper in to them for repairs. They had an employee that they assigned to my camper to do the repairs. They later fired this employee. It should have been sooner. When I was told it was finally done after them having it for months, it was obvious that this employee did not do quality work by any means. The owner then told me that I would have to bring it back to have the siding redone. We had to wait 2 months to get it back in and another couple to get it back. It looks terrible, shoddy work. Lots of bubbles, or areas that the glue did not adhere. I have pictures please see below if you would like to see there quality work. We payed in the thousands of dollars for the work, and we’re left with something that we may never be able to sell. I plan to go to every site, blog, you name it, and warn people to steer clear of them. When the owners father owned the business, they produced quality work. This is my opinion and my experience with them. I have the paperwork and more pictures for anyone to see. Very unhappy !!

Great bunch of people to work with. Very busy but willing to take the time to help a guy in need of fast service. Honesty and integrity are the hallmarks of this business. Work done right the first time at a more than reasonable cost. Owner communicates well with the customer and his staff is hopping to keep up with the demands of a first rate shop.
