I've been trying to call stayton O'Reilly's for the last couple of days. and all it does is ring. when I used to work there you'd get in trouble for not answering the phone. they don't really have any good customer service anymore. and they hire people that don't know what they're doing. I only go there when I have to.

I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service I got from Gene. After feeling like I was being blown off by a busier location Gene took the time with a line of customers to handle my issue and saw me through until I receive a resolution. He went above and beyond by sharing his knowledge and even attempting to help me on his own time. There’s so much more I can say positive about my experience with him but I don’t have the time. This location still feels like a small town parts store where you can get a little advice and knowledge from someone at any given time.

I love going in there. I know everybody there and the guys don't treat me like an idiot, Gene is my favorite CSA. Always smiles & gives me a hug. Best guy in there. He always makes sure I get the parts I need. The RIGHT PARTS. & if they do t have what I'm looking for in stock they will call me to let me know when they do & more often then not they'll put 1 away for me. 0nly 1 time were they unable to get me the part I needed. Only bcuz it was a specialty part & the higher ups said that they couldn't order it.

I went into O'Reilly's in Stayton Oregon today meeting some help finding some clips for my tire liner. They have so many Clips I kept looking and looking and relooking. I didn't find any that looked close to the ones that I needed but thought I could ask them to look into it for me. One lady was working on it and another guy told her and me that I needed to go get the clip off my car. And look myself for it. Honestly I really tried to look myself but needed some assistance and have never been treated so rude while needing parts for my car. Unfortunately I was not near my home and I was stuck going out there for nothing. I would never go back there again!
