I live in Florida, Drove my jeep to Ohio to attend a couple funerals and to see my family doing so I experienced the jeep death wobble as they call it absolutely horrifying!!.. Specially, after going through the hurricanes and losing my home and everything in it truly it was the last thing I needed. Called the Wyler Jeep dealer in Canal Winchester they got me in the same day I called had to order the part. Sierra was a complete gem.!.. She and everyone there were so kind and thank goodness it was covered bumper-to-bumper under the manufacture. Wonderful team you have there to deal with specially after I’ve gone through hell is the last few weeks

Took almost two weeks and a $600 diagnostic charge to diagnose the main issue as spark-plugs. I had to call every time, they never called me once. Told I was getting a call back and had to wait three more days before I called myself. Been waiting on a call from the service manager for over a week. Would not recommend this dealer to anybody.

I've had good service from them in the past but this last time was a terrible experience. Normally I would wait at the dealership for Wuler Care services (oil change). This time however I decided to drop it off early in the afternoon I don't live that I would be back around 4:30 to pick it up. I had also been recommended by them during previous services to replace the serpentine belt since the vehicle is officially over 150,000 miles. I told them if they had time to take a look at it and replace it if possible otherwise not to worry about it. I did not show up until about 4:45, wasn't helped with anyone at reception until 5:00, when I was told that my vehicle had not even been serviced yet. I proceeded to wait at the dealership for another hour, hour and a half for them to complete my service. No one came and let me know it was done either I had to continually check myself. Upon completion I was told that my serpentine belt didn't look bad and didn't even need replaced despite being recommended previously but instead that my air and cabin filters needed replaced and that because of my inconvenience they could knock off a whole whopping 10% off of those filters. Leaving them for a total of still roughly 10 to $15 more then it would cost me to purchase and replace myself. That was my last Wyler Care redemption and I don't know if I'll be purchasing another. Maybe only bring your vehicle in for recalls or model specific maintenance and repairs for a certified technician. Other than that it might be best to find somewhere else for simple things like oil changes and tire rotations.

Outstanding Job from all aspects of the my visit. From the initial appointment setup to pulling out of the door once the job was complete. Top notch experience. Mr. Wyler should be proud of his operation.

Jeff Wyler sold me a car that had problems the moment I drove it off the lot. I immediately took it back to the dealership, and they said it was fixed. The same problem that "they fixed" happened again, and they refused to fix it unless I paid for it. I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership.

Wyler’s did a good job at explaining what problems my car was having. But felt that there was delay in responding the problem in a timely manner. We called multiple times to find out about are car and was put on hold for a day and a half.

All of my request needs were not addressed, and I did not receive all necessary paperwork. In addition, I dropped my car off before 8 AM and had to follow up at 1:30 regarding the status of it because I did not hear from anyone. I have gone to this dealership several times for service, but the experience during my visit on 4/2/25 was not that great.

Caitlin was wonderful. She let me know that I had a free Oil Change when under a warranty I had. I was ready to pay for an Oil Change that I didn’t have to pay for. Great customer service!
