Jeff Wyler Chevrolet of Columbus Service

I have a 2016 Jeep Renegade in which the sunroof would not close. I took it in for them to look at and they said that the entire sunroof would not close and needed to be replaced. They quoted the price of a sunroof at $8,558.58. I told them to forget it. We took it home with the sunroof still open and I googled what could be done. I found that it could be manually closed with an Allen key and tried it and got it closed simply by turning the Allen key. I’m not sure why a professional technician that works at a Jeep dealership would not have known this. I won’t be taking any of my vehicles here anymore.

Imagine scheduling an appointment for an oil change then being told you don’t have an appointment even though you’ve got the email and texts saying otherwise. So you have to reschedule, then during your reschedule appointment when you show up told your oil change would take 2 hours minimum. This service department is trash, and needs to get their act together.

Good afternoon! I just wanted to update everyone on my Jeff Wyler experience, I was greatly impressed with them. I received another coupon for my Oil Change and they did honor it! Yippee. The service was outstanding as they showed appreciation for my business and interest in my prior concern. I am back in like with them ( well always will go to them) but no miss understanding, all resolved. Thank you Jeff Wyler. Ps my service advisor this time around was awesome He Rocks

The short, stumpy, dark haired man at the service center desk is extremely rude. He shouldn’t be in any position that speaks to customers. The service here is unprofessional and overpriced. The cost for diagnostics is $199.99, which is extremely expensive compared to other nearby shops. Actual service is going to cost way more than that. Skip this place and go to a more reputable company, like Hoffman Auto Repair.

Dustin meadow is the car salesman you want to see.... Went up and above to make the sale happen... Love my new ford mustang.. if you need a vehiclel I would highly suggest DUSTIN and EVERYONE ELSE at the gender rd location. I couldn't asked for a better experience or a better car.

Awful service. Don’t bring your car here. I have made two appointments for a recall on my car and have driven 30+ minutes here twice. The first time, they didn’t have time for the service which they scheduled me for. The second time, I waited 2 and a half hours in their waiting room for them not to have the correct parts. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else. I won’t even go back for my free oil change, I’d rather pay to go somewhere else.

They don't rotate tires right on a truck why would you take the front off and straight to the back with out crossing them so I had to ask the mechanic to do so so if your having it done go back and talk to them first probably by last time I go to this place
