Even though I went to the correct website, my appointment was made somehow for Fairborn instead of the Beavercreek store. I must’ve overlooked something. When I arrived at the Beavercreek shop and spoke with the advisor and we realize that my appointment was for Fairborn and that I needed to reschedule. Fortunately, the advisor made some room for me and it was taken care of quickly. I Appreciate someone who took the time to resolve my issue without having to make a new appointment. My experience was good. Brandon helped me get checked in and he understood what the problem was with my vehicle. He told me what needed to be done according to my mileage. I was glad to get a ride both ways and to have my car back in the afternoon.
