I was told the windshield was replaced. It was not. I reached under the carpet that was previously wet and it was still wet. Pulled the passenger seat out and there was a puddle of water under the carpet, despite being in for a leak repair. This will cause mold and mildew growth if not properly dried. Tried to reach my service advisor several times after leaving the dealer to get this resolved but I was unable to.

I had a great experience with a recent used car purchase. Jeep needed to be inspected, upon completion it was delivered to me. After purchase I had an issue with the brakes which was taken car of immediately with a different Ford dealership closer to my home. Germain Ford went above and beyond to make things perfect. I really appreciated Rhett's help during the process. Best customer service I have experienced!

Returned to this dealership after a bad experience at Germain in Columbus - I will never go back. Horrifically long story short, a technician never even looked at my car the day of my appointment, and I had no communication from the service advisor for four days about the status of repairs. It wasn’t until I cc’ed the service manager that I got any response. They tried to blame the insurance company for not getting back to them, but I have documentation showing that was not the case. Additionally, they only ordered half the necessary parts in advance, so it was another three weeks until they could actually complete the repairs. They tried to tell me the repair would take two days; according to an industry contact I knew it was a four hour job. Lo and behold when I told them I would not leave the car overnight and I would be waiting in the dealership, the job was done in four hours. Gina was very pleasant. That is the only positive feedback I have. I will never come here again.

I dealt with Josh Hay in the service department and I can not say enough good things about his customer service, communication and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of for me. My F-150 was stollen and recovered with mostly interior damage. He worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was overlooked. We had an issue getting new keys cut but he worked with Ford corporate for weeks trying to get it worked out... but made sure I had my truck back as soon as all the other work was completed. Everyone I dealt with there from the minute I pulled in the service department was friendly, helpful and professional. I will be back for future service needs.
