This is a review of Beavercreek's service department. Turned in my 2424 Tucson on February 17 for service and an engine code. They returned it without fixing the engine code. Brought it back the next day and my husband talked to the Service Manager. He said he would stay on top of the repair. It's now 26 February. They still have my car. I have called the service department 15 times and STILL NOT spoken to a live person. I have been without a car for 10 days. There was no offer of a loaner, no contact from the service department as to status of the car. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST. If this is the service departments best effort to provide service, they need to start over and learn customer service. NOT manning the phones NOT UPDATING US is not customer service. If i could give them a zero, I would.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I got my car towed to this location a week ago, and I still haven’t received a call back about any diagnosis. It’s been over a week, I need my car! I need to get it fixed and they’re still waiting to perform a diagnosis?????? Ridiculous. Going to get my car towed to a different location. NO LOANER CAR! NO CALL BACK. No one is answering my calls, no one is responding to me. I NEED A CAR!!!!!! How else am I supposed to get around and I’m getting no response or update on my car???? Crazy.

Sandi WAS/IS FANTASTIC. Took my palisade in for service and on her own she researched my records and found that it was too early for service and saved me time and $$$. She went out of her way to provide the best customer service I have experienced at any car dealership! I would recommend voss hyundai service over any other service option. THANKS SANDI!!!!!

Staff was friendly and not pushy. Clean showroom with a fair amount of vehicles on hand. If I was going to buy a Hyundai it could be from there if the price was right. I was there with a relative having a new key made, the man at the parts counter provided top notch service in a short time with a smile. Kudos to him
