Originally a 1 star review … Dropped off Wrangler for service appt Thursday mid day. Completed on Monday. Dissatisfied with lack of communication since I did not receive a call about vehicle but spoke to Adam early Monday and rectified situation for me. Totally changed opinion of service and will definitely return. Human error always can occur but how problems are dealt with can change perspective. Truck running great.

Dan from parts and Scott from service are top notch. Scott got us in when every other dealer couldn’t for 2 weeks. Highly recommend talking to Dan or Scott for parts and service needs. Will definitely be back.

My wife took our 2019 Jeep in just a couple weeks ago for an oil change. She complained her heat stopped working this week, so I popped the hood to check the coolant. Sure enough, the reservoir was dry. I’ve never been to a dealer that didn’t at least let you know when your fluids were running low. On top of that, I noticed the transmission is leaking and they didn’t mention to her. We will not be giving this dealer further business.
