I brought my car in for regular oil/lube maintenance, returned 1 week later due to "low fluid" light coming on. After troubleshooting by 1 mechanic and 1 service advisor (both finding nothing "wrong" with my car), seasoned mechanic came and tried some "hacking" techniques, and the issue was resolved. I appreciated them walking me through everything they were trying, wouldn't give up until issue was resolved and didn't try to scam me into getting expensive work done for something that ended up being a simple fix.

*Thank you for the response, how can I contact you? I already spoke to the GM Rafael Rivera who hung up on me and refused to send me an estimate and I emailed Charlie Swenson who never replied. If you can provide me with your name and contact info thank you. Your car will need service at one point, this team does not show they have the care and communication and expertise to help you long-term. The dealership's team will give the same energy their leadership does to clients, I wish I would have read all the bad reviews other Nissan clients had with this team and GM to avoid this dealership. I'm at peace that I won't have to work with them anymore and will not be buying Nissan's in the future.

I have come to the dealership for years for cars and services. Always five stars. But this past time was not a good experience. I noted when I dropped off the car several issues ranging from invalid key codes/fobs, a driver side door lock issue, and noted - multiple times - that the battery needed to be checked. I noted to the person who took my car that my console was not working - no camera, radio, map etc. He said probably battery. When I picked up my car, the door lock was fixed and they told me the battery was fine, but no print out of any of that in my paperwork. The console/map/etc. also was not working. Keith W. sat in the car and I showed him, and told me that this is "something they do not check." So, after over $750, my car really is not 100% and that is disappointing. I pointed out the console issue when I first dropped it off, but now I will have to bring it back. I am hopeful for a better service experience in the future, as I love the dealership and have had years of good luck there. Thanks for your attention to this. I'm coming back as I trust you still.
