Jack Crow Auto Body

Had a truck painted. The paint has never seen daylight but has rust pops. Upon removal of my $10,000 paint I have found rust on the metal under the paint, primer and bodyfiller. Jack told me over 2 years ago he would repair the paint blisters. I decided to post this and hopefully get some response. Call me Jack. 7/4/22.....Still no response and I am now doing the truck myself. Thanks Jack.

When I saw some people complaining that this place lacks customer service and looks scary but does great work, I knew it was the place I wanted to go. I grew up in a small town in Massachusetts where my family went to a place just like this our whole lives because the prices were fair and you knew you were dealing with hard-working, honest people. I'm here for school and have been looking for a dependable place for a year now and I'm so glad I found it. Half of my bumper was hanging down after backing up off a curb, I brought it in, they asked if I could bring it in the next morning - Jack was very understanding when I indicated I needed it to just drive safely and the whole thing was done in a little over an hour for a ridiculous steal! Although the overall vibe of the place is definitely gruff, they were very generous, receptive, time-efficient, and the work was done perfectly! I will definitely be going here for all future car needs while I'm in school!

If your car needs any type or body repair or your car needs to be painted, the best place to go is to Jack Crow Auto Body. Jack is a master at his craft. You owe it to yourself to get an estimate from Jack before you settle on a higher price and lesser quality.

I'd give him less than 1star if I could. He had my car for 6 years and never did finish it. I checked on him pretty much weekly, gave him plenty of money and got next to nowhere for service. After 6 years, I finally gave up on it and brought it home. I'm 80 years old and wanted to drive the car while I still can. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
