Valvoline Instant Oil Change

They have one job and they didn’t even do that right. My daughter took her car there for an oil change. They didn’t put the plug in correctly and all of the oil leaked out of her car. She could have gotten in a terrible accident or it could have ruined the engine. The corporate would not take responsibility for this . They played the store manager makes the decision card. The store manager said corporate made the decision. I had to pay a lot of money to have the car towed and fixed. DO NOT GO HERE! Tell your friends and family run away from this place .

I’m a frequent customer of this chain. I own 4 vehicles. This isn’t what I expected as a customer. Techs were hooting and yelling inappropriately today. I realize it’s a comfortable sunny day but professionalism goes a long way. Additionally, the under hood area was left oily and not even attempted to clean up. See pictures. Do better.

I went in for a routine oil change 10/28/2024 mileage 32812 and had no engine service light on as of yet. The next day Tuesday October 29th after getting my oil change my engine service light came on while driving home from work. Which caused a very high concern for me as I have gotten many oil changes and have not had this happen before. I was unsure if it was a faulty light, so I waited a few days, and the light never disappeared. So, I took it back Saturday Morning 11/02/2024 around 9:15am with mileage they recorded at 32884 and when they checked the problem he came to same conclusion that there was no oil or a lack of oil. They gave no resolve and had a lack of concern for my safety. They told me the only solution would be to pay more money to have oil added, which is a service that should have already been completed. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. I HAVE ATTACHED A VIDEO CLEARLY SHOWING THERES NO OIL.

Caleb was very transparent about what needed done and how much it cost without being at all pushy, so I felt like I could really trust him. He offered to put on my wipers and showed me how so I would know next time. He took a peek at my windshield wiper system, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained how I could fix it. I felt very respected. I always go to the dealership but see no reason not to go here instead after today’s service. Quick, easy, thorough. A++

Pretty damn nice to stay in your warm car and get the services done pretty quick. Oil change, air filter, air in tires, battery checked, lights checked, filled all liquids! They also have a coupon going now ;)

Deleted my old review, because we just changed our wiper blades. Last pair bought during my oil change. 2 different wipers, and they were used. They sold me someone's old wipers. Also, my under carriage kept falling off and here they jammed screws where ever they could. Have proof had a full inspection on my car. Won't be back.

The staff were kind and quick! He explained what was going on and I really appreciate them cleaning off my truck hood after the oil change. They shared what needed updates or attention without pressure. I will certainly return.
