Do not come here. Came in for just an inspection. Mike told me what was wrong said passenger wheel bearing needed replaced and rattled off many other things he thought needed replaced. Never once to he tell me he was going to replace it today nor did I ask.So he calls later and says my car is ready to be picked up. I said cool I have class till 3 I’ll come pick it up after. I walk in say I’m here to pick up a car and I say can I book an appointment knowing I needed a bearing replaced. The lady upfront told me he did it already and she asked if he went over pricing. They charged me $600. Again never once told me they were replacing it. Now I’m a college student but I’ve dealt with issue 2 times already with the ABS sensor before. So I was very careful not to agree to anything they were pushing on me. I said he never went over pricing had no idea that they were replacing it. I said it’s fine it saves me time figuring out work and getting a ride. Paid the full $600. Long story short my mom called them and set it straight. I got a refund of everything I paid! Just be careful have them explain exactly what they are doing. This is not right. I knew what the problem is didn’t agree to all the extra stuff and still got scammed.

I walked into the store with the mindset I'd be only spending 100 dollars max when it turns out my car tires had a bunch wrong with them and it made the cost over 600 dollars. Sam was very kind and sweet to me when telling me this and had such a welcoming vibe to her! She checked on me throughout the multiple hour experience and just made me laugh throughout it! Jake stayed open WAY later then the store hours just to make sure my car was fixed and I could go home safely! They both are truly so sweet and kind! I'm very grateful for them and would highly recommend going here!

Options were offered to me, depending on the time and cost it would take for various services. Staff checked in regularly with me, to keep me updated. I trust Firestone, as my husband was a tire designer for them before retiring. My only complaint is the cold temperature in the waiting area. To be fair, I WAS there for hours, which is not usually the case. I would definitely dress warmer should I have occasion to spend hours there.

Over priced me for $844 excluding oil change for 4 services and quick lane charged me $717 including oil change for the same services and we’re not welcoming at all and Mr Mike was not at all interested in looking at my vehicle and he judged me since am an Asian and charged me $72 to check my car and give it back since I told him that fire stone is charging more and taking my car back to someother dealer without assembling the removed parts back into my car and he told he that he’ll charge me more to assemble the removed part back into the car. Never faced a such harsh charge and words being in US since 7 years and I was completely new to Kent.

They gave me a quote for replacing steering fluid tube for 600$ and the spare part cost was 275$ the exact spare part with the make was for 70$ in Amazon. I was shocked they tried to look my hard money. And i oderd it my self and got it fixed with in 110$ (including the part cost) at a local mechanic. Its been 6 months and everything is going good. I decided i will nerve ever vist any of the Firestone in my life.

Grotesque service, scheduled a noon times lot for 2 tires said that's all I wanted they said itd take at most an hour, 2 hours later I had to call and they said it still wasn't done but apparently they had time to test my battery and check other stuff for an upscale. 5 minutes after leaving abs light kicked on called to see what they did to my truck guy put me on hold sent me then to voicemail and hadn't gotten back to me let's pray my abs system doesn't lock up on the freeway before I can get it checked out at the dealer they also charged for services not rendered Notice they dont give you the totaled paperwork until after payment which is a shady practice

Mike and the technician (the A/C wiz) was very helpful in troubleshooting my daughter's car. It had just been repaired, but resulted in another issue that but didn't have an obvious cause. It's an older car, so it was more so a "what else" is going on. I've used another Firestone location in the past with good luck so we stayed with them in Kent. I appreciate an honest assessment of what "needs" to be done and what can wait a bit of isn't worth it. Mike and the AC tech were amazing and explained things well!

Samantha was very helpful at the Kent OH store. I had an idea of what tire I wanted but was not 100%. I was in store no less than 3X trying to decide on tires I wanted for my F-150. She helped me decide on the Firestone Detsination and I have been happy with them so far. I purchased them on Black Friday 2024 and had installed a week later. After installation my hood sensor “broke” and indicated that my hood was ajar. Sam took care of issue by installing a new hood latch at no cost to me. I was very surprised. I know my past experiences with other shops is that you take vehicle in for one thing and when you get it back there is mysteriously something else wrong when you get it back. Response is always “ well the part just happened to fail” and customer is expected to pay for repair. Not the case here. Thanks for your great service. I am a person that works on my own vehicles when it comes to repairs unless it is something that is beyond my ability or needs to be fixed ASAP. I am sure they will make up the cost in future business from me as I have found what I consider a trustworthy repair shop that knows how to take care of their customers and the meaning of customer service. Thanks again. I want to also thank the technician that took time out of his day to stand in the freezing weather to try and fix hood latch before I left that day prior to ordering the new one. High five to all employees at that shop. You are all part of one team. Sam and Tech are just the two I had most contact with.

My appointment was at 5pm. They said it would be 45 mins before they could get to my vehicle. An hour and a half later they finally got to my vehicle. I was there 2 hours for a 15 min job. A call would have been nice I would have just came later or rescheduled.

I called on Sunday, the store was open, we spoke about new tires, I had my car dropped off Monday morning, and the new tires were installed plus an alignment was completed by 12:30pm. It went exactly as promised, and the store associates couldn't be more helpful, knowledgeable, or friendlier.
