Great customer service. I initially wanted to go somewhere else but with all the shards of broken glass, I wouldn't be able to drive my car to that place. My father insisted I call J R Glass & Installation. I spoke to sara and she was able to get someone out the same day in only a few hours. According to my father, the technician did a great job and vacuumed my car thoroughly. The price was a bit more than the usual place I go to but I am happy with the customer service and the actual service that was performed on my back windshield.

Friendly, courteous, showed up on time, charged exactly the quoted price (which was 40% less than Safelite) and finished the job in under a half hour. Could not have been easier which is really all that a person can ask for.
