O where do I start; let’s start with the bad then the good. Bad: gave them a street legal drivable car; got my car back with no functioning tail lights, was told by email I had existing electrical problems and it wasn’t their fault and o by the way you can have us fix it for more money; but we can’t get you in till 6 months down the road in June 2025 this correspondence was in late Dec. 2024. As you can see from the photos (note this car was original and had been sitting since 1998 and they removed the dash gauges and complete dashboard). The windshield switch connector got broken and the connectors are bare not taped to avoid shorting and causing a possible dash fire (why didn’t they make me aware of this)The second photo shows why the turn signals would not work; no flasher box just an empty plug. The brakes didn’t work because the fuse was blown probably happened when they removed the whole dash to replace the heater core. Good job done well things: 1)Heater core and evaporator coil replaced 2)dash pad replaced 3)speedometer replaced and working 4)vibration fixed due to bad torque converter Conclusion: all the good work done overshadowed by poor PR not taking responsibility for the tail light problem. Not offering to get the car in for service in a timely manner. All but coming short of accusing me of lying about the tail light problem and saying without Email proof that there was existing electrical problems (they are in the car restoration business old wiring is typical in all cases) So all the good things down the drain for what would have been maybe a days worth of work to keep the customer happy and take responsibility; shame on them. All I wanted them to do was to fix the taillight free of charge (blown fuss and missing turn signal flasher) but their refusal to fix the issue under the dash removal invoice in a timely manner made a happy customer a very unhappy customer since the car is now illegal to drive without functioning lights.

First of all, most the reviews on this place are kind of weird right? I wish Inhad read the most relevant review before doing business with them. So basically my '66 Mustang was vandalized. I've been asking around for the last two years and no one wants to touch the paint job. It's tri color pin striped flames. A picture of my car is on their website... 😒 So I spoke to the first manager and he told me oh ya we contract with a painter we can get it fixed no problem and we work with the insurance. I was beside myself so excited!! I towed her there immediately. Since they were doing the paint work I asked if they could rebuild the carburetor because it was leaking fuel and redo the brakes because they were scary and check the suspension and let me know what their advice was. They started working on the car and keep telling me the painter is busy and hard to get ahold of. I kept asking to get a chance to speak with him because the scratches are so bad I really don't think it can be repaired. They would not let me talk with the painter. They sent me a quote for the other work and then sent a text to me about some other things they thought needed to be done and I replied ok we can talk about it. They just did the extra work without any type of estimate and told me I needed to pay another $1300. I finally get the quote for the paint job and submit to my insurance. He told me he would help with talking to the adjustor but they didn't even try to contact him. One day some angry lady sends me an email saying they won't work with my adjustor and I need to handle all of it and now they are charging me storage at $50 a day backdated 3 days ago. I've never spoken to her before. The old manager quit. No one is calling me, I have to keep calling to find out what is going on. I get ahold of Ann, the mean lady who tells me everything that happened before she emailed me is not her problem, and she doesn't actually even work there, but she has a desk there? We end up picking the car up early because they were going to keep charging storage waiting for the check from my insurance. Apparently the belt to the alternator was not put back on properly because the car died in my driveway. (This was after they replaced the new battery I had just bought from them) Probably because the alternator belt wasn't on properly.... Which I guess was good because the brakes still don't work well and they charged me for a window regulator and I can't roll the window down anymore. Also, they check came to me the next day. However, they want half down ($5000) to start the paint job. And I still never got a chance to speak to the painter!! They are put of their minds! So now I have a check to paint my car but this business is awful and shiesty. I requested to speak to the owner, but apparently he must be ok with this because he has not returned my messages or my phone calls. My boyfriend literally brought me home flowers as a celebration for getting the paint estimate approved and Ann ruined the night sending that 8:30pm email about how they are backdating storage fees when they literally just provided the estimate a few days before. It's like they had no intention on getting it painted. Just wanted to steal my money and not even do the work they said they were going to. I am contacting the BAR. Please save yourselves the trouble and go somewhere else.

Contacted All American Classic Car Restoration and waited over 6 weeks to take my 65 Ford Mustang in for service and window installation. I was assured they could handle this job as they claim to have done this all before. I was called back a week after they had the car and said to me "both our mechanic's drove the car and have no idea what's wrong with it". I asked about the window installation and I was told, "he too busy and doesn't have time to do it, come pick it up!". Judge for yourself, but I wouldn't trust these self proclaimed "Classic Car Restorer's" to do anything!!!
