Tony’s Auto Center

Absolutely wonderful and helpful company! I was stuck on the side of the road with an absolutely shredded tire and requested service from AAA. Luckily they sent Paul from Tony’s auto center and he was incredibly friendly and made sure I was taken care of in my time of need! Can’t recommend them enough and hopefully anyone who uses them gets the pleasure of being helped by Paul!

My car broke down in Palm Desert a day ago and had to get it towed to my mechanic in Rancho. The tow driver, Junior, was super friendly and knowledgeable of his craft. He was fast but precise in getting the car up the truck. He was respectful, made good conversation and drove safely to our destination.

We went to use our car the other night to run an errand, and surprise...it wouldn't start. I contacted AAA and they assigned my case to Tony's Auto Center Indio (I assume this is the same business?). Ivan arrived within an hour and was able to quickly confirm that the battery was dead. Ivan was able to quickly replace the battery for us and get us on our way. He was also super friendly. I couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you!

We were driving back from Lake Havasu and suddenly our car stopped running. We called AAA and they sent Rudy fromTony’s Auto Center. What great customer service. They made the experience so smooth and Rudy was so nice and helpful. I’m so thankful they made it sooner than expected. This company deserves 10 stars!

I had a dead battery, called triple A, and within 20 minutes Tony's showed up. The person was very pleasant and replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. The next day Tony's office called to check on the service. It was terrific. Recommend highly.

Raul, from Tony’s Auto Center is a freaking champ! Saved me and x2 friends Saturday Coachella by making things work when a flatbed wasn’t immediately available. Got us to the tire shop just in time to still make our Coachella night 2 amazing. Thanks, Raul!!!

The battery light came on in my 12' Toyota Corolla (later confirmed to be dead alternator by my mechanic) while I was visiting a friend in Cathedral City so I decided to call AAA to have it towed. At first I was assigned a different tow truck company but it didn't seem like they wanted to take the job when I spoke to them (they told me I couldn't tow to my shop if it was closed) since I needed the tow out to Orange County which was about 75 miles away. I was then reassigned to Tony's Auto Center which I'm thankful for. The driver Tony (not the owner) was great, really cool guy who go the car loaded up quickly and got us on our way. I chatted with him most of the way and learned more about towing industry and his experiences which I was curious about. Tony dropped the car off at my preferred shop and made everything super easy for us. Shout out to him as he's the coolest tow truck driver I've met (had my vehicles towed plenty of times before being AAA member for 30+yrs). Would highly recommend our driver Tony at Tony's Auto Center AAA!

I had to have my car towed in Indio to my mechanic.Eriberto Was not only efficient, but was a really good man to be around. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and took really good care of my car along the way. Tony’s auto center should be proud to have him as an employee.

I needed a roadside help, AAA send Tony’s Road Service. Eddie from Tony’s Auto came immediately and tried everything possibly he could do. Besides helping for my car, he brought us water, snacks and his sweet heart. I am very thankfull for Eddie and of course Tony’s Auto.
