Do not use these guys, they will tell you there is a credit card deposit which will go toward the charges for any services performed but they will tell you the diagnostic work was 100% of the deposit. They charge 2 hours each way to go from carol stream to downtown which is insane. If I knew it would be $1000 to spend 1-2 hours to diagnose my generator I would have gone elsewhere. Do not use these guys unless you want to get ripped off. Absolute bait and switch. Again, they will tell you you're paying a deposit toward any costs and once they have your deposit they'll make up charges that equal the 1000 dollar deposit. STAY AWAY.
