They tore my car up and put a dent with scratches on my hood and bent my driver front rim and floating my tire and they charged me $380 for impound, plus $80 to tow it to my house and never responded to my email about my car damages. And my bumper was halfway off.

If it were possible to give negative stars that would be the case. I called for a tow and was told to wait 90 minutes which is understandable, after 2 hours I call to see where they are and they reply with “honestly it will be another hour.” So now I’m livid not only did I wait the 90 minutes but I waited an extra 30 to call and give them some time, now at no point in this two hours of me sitting in my car did they call me and say hey this is what’s going on it will be another hour. Now all that says to me is hey we will help you out on our time and we don’t really care what you have going on we will get there when we get there, probably the most unprofessional company I’ve ever come in contact with! So if you would like a tow from this company expect to not be cared for as a customer.
