Teslamend is FANTASTIC!!! They look out for you and what you need. There were some corroded parts on the damaged part of my car and, without Firas, I would have probably had problems down the road. He worked with the insurance company and they approved the claim - no questions asked. I think they just trust Teslamend that much. Firas is a true professional. I know this family and they all know how to take care of you, the customer. It’s in their blood!!! Highly recommend. Great, thorough and prompt service.

Extremely fast turnaround and great communication, highly recommend to all Tesla owners in the area! I was able to get hold of Rob on a Sunday morning after getting hit that day. He was able to get my car in the next day and did a fantastic job fixing my car. They were extremely easy to work with and were always on top of being in touch with insurance to square things away. Best Tesla body shop I have ever been to!

I contacted Teslamend for an estimate on my Model Y's badly damaged trunk, and Rob scheduled an appointment the same day. He thoroughly explained the entire repair process, provided a reasonable estimate and offered an appointment that worked with my schedule. The repair work was completed in just two days, and I was amazed at the flawless result! The trunk looks as good as new, and the paint job is perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. It turns out that Rob and his partner have years of experience servicing Teslas, which really shows in the quality of their work. From start to finish, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Teslamend to anyone in need of top-notch Tesla repairs.

The owner is a former Tesla service center employee and really knows quite a bit about Teslas. He fixed a door alignment issue quickly for me on my Model 3 and will be heading back to get paint work done. Highly recommend!

My old Tesla had a serious but intermittent issue for several months, resulting in repeated unsuccessful trips to the service center. Firas, however, was able to expertly pinpoint the problem within a day. He installed a used replacement part and now I’m back on the road with some peace of mind that my intermittent issue isn’t waiting to leave me stranded at any moment! (He even wiped the accumulated service center dust and dirt off my dashboard!) I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent communication. Excellent customer service. Excellent repair work. They fully worked with the other person's insurance company to make sure that I was taken care of. This is a truly professional repair shop. Not only did the repair work look amazing but they also completely detailed my car. I definitely highly recommend this shop.

I thought i needed new brakes and rotors on my 2020 Model 3 performance, but Rob and the guys at TealaMend informed me that I only needed a simple brake service. Honesty is such an important factor when selecting someone to work on your car. I can't say enough about these guys. Honest, qualified, and a lot less expensive than Tesla service. They are my go-to for any Tesla work from now on.
