Disappointed beyond belief with the work done to my car. After not being satisfied with the repairs initially, I brought my car back to have multiple issues corrected. My car sat for months, and was quickly “fixed” when I finally had enough and was going to pick it up as is. Even more problems were identified, and nothing that was supposed to be fixed was done. I now have to spend thousands of dollars to have my car repaired correctly, which is very upsetting considering the amount that was paid from insurance for the work (or lack there of) that was done. I trusted Rob with my car and after this experience I will not be returning to the shop.

I’ve used them about 2 years ago. Great service and efficient. Took my Tahoe there the day I left for vacation about 4 weeks ago. My wife said Rob told her he would have it for 3-4 days. We got back from vacation a week later. The car wasn’t touched. Asked rob about it he said he never told my wife that. Never order head light which came to find out it’s on back order for 2 weeks. Said he would start working on it Tuesday. The car sat in Parking lot until Thursday. Then he said I’d have it back on that Saturday. He never called and still was back sitting in the parking lot in touched on that Monday. Basically he had the car for 2 weeks and did not touch it. I get everyone is short staffed, but constantly lying to me on time frame is unacceptable. So basically the car sat for 2 weeks and not touched. He never called I always had to call him. It’s a shame because we really wanted to support local small business but lack of setting the right expectations was ridiculous

I am so impressed with the service, I had to write a review. I've never seen a company that had a 6 star review before, but Rob really deserves it. From the onset he quoted me an exceptionally fair price and took care of immediately repairing a broken headlight. Rob then followed up by completing the job on time and to my full satisfaction. Actually it was even better than I expected because the car looks brand new. Both he and his wife are so friendly and willing to help out that they almost make you feel like you're one of the family. If you want the best in quality repair and care to be treated with honesty and fairness, then Dave's Auto body experience is for you. I would use them again and will refer all my friends and family to them.

After reading reviews from 5yrs ago, Dave's repair shop met his quoted lead times, communicated with customers. The pandemic hit this shop extremely hard. So far in 2022 there are some damaging reviews regarding lead times and lack of communication and poor workmanship. These negative reviews contradict everything customers wrote about him 5yrs ago.. 3wks ago, Rob said he'd need my car 4-5 days to do the repair and quoted me a reasonable price which he wrote on the back of a business card. I'll let you know how my experience turns out. I'll be 🙏 that the repairs on my car turn out great. I called on 9/26 and left Rob Stetka a message that I'd be bringing my car in on 9/27 due to a court issue I had to attend to on 9/26. I showed up on 9/27 but the shop was closed and Rob NEVER returned my call so I had no idea his shop would be closed. I went there today 9/28 and no one answered the front door. Since the gate was closed but NOT locked I walked around back and opened the shop door. Told the mechanic I had an appointment to bring my car in for repairs, he checked with Rob, came back and told me the shop was closed AGAIN. I thanked the mechanic, closed the gate and was met by a furious Rob who yelled at me, told me to get the f__k out or he'd call the cops on me! This IS NOT a professional owner and I agree with all the negative reviews he's received this year. The only reasonable explanation for the treatment Rob gave me was that I saw the horrible condition of his shop! The inside of his shop looks like a junk yard with junk cars on each of his lifts. The shop looked like they were salvaging car parts, not reparing cars!

First of all he was supposed to fix my bumper and left paint spots everywhere. He was supposed to fix my headlight and then broke it so every time it went over a bump the light went out. After he fixed my car he also left plastic parts visible inside my headlight which looked awful. When I brought it back for him to fix this problem he created he had his workers come out and hand me my keys saying "we don't know what is wrong with it and you have to leave" basically kicking me out and refusing to assist me with the issue he caused. Extremely unprofessional. And I believe this man is drinking on the job as well and has some kind of drinking problem. And btw, I am related to a family friend so imagine how he is going to treat strangers. This man is rude, unprofessional, and does a terrible job on fixing cars then refuses to fix any type of issue he creates. I had friends and family who need repairs and I told them to come here but I've since told them not to. I will never recommend this to anyone. Do not go here.
