An absolutely horrible experience with the service department. I took my car in because when it rained, the passenger floor was soaked. The service advisor, Evan, contacted me back a day later and said my drain tube was clogged and needed to be replaced. Fair enough, but they also quoted almost $6000 in additional work - the drain tube was a $3200 job. I declined the other work, but had them take care of the sunroof leak. My advisor stated this would be a "4-5 day job". A week later, I called Evan inquiring about the car. He had no clue when it would be done. All in all, it took 3 weeks because of an inept technician. I had to request a loaner car 2 weeks into the debacle as I didn't have a vehicle. Evan never reached out to me - it was always me calling him. When my vehicle was done 3 weeks later, Evan called and told me I had to return the car right away (this was at 10am) and to make sure it had a full tank of gas because "we don't mess around with unfilled vehicles and we will charge you $5 a gallon". I returned the car and picked up mine and requested to speak to the service manager who wasn't in. My car was dirty - dash covered in dust and the carpets had foot prints on them. The service manager did call me several days later and seemed completely indifferent about the entire ordeal, stating he would talk Evan...again. Apparently there is a track history here with this service advisor. My follow up with Infiniti corporate was just as bad - I was promised a regional manager would contact me. Almost two weeks later, crickets. I will never purchase another Infiniti solely because of Infiniti of Cincinnati and the lack of care for their customers and the lack of concern from corporate. If you have to get your Infiniti serviced, go to any other Infiniti dealership - I'm sure you'll have better results.

Service manager Greg is great to work with & so far I've had a much more positive experience with their service department than I did with Infiniti in Cleveland. They've done a great job with the repairs on my car here & have been very professional.

Aside from the oil change (which I'm hoping was actually done), none of my fluids were topped off. Power steering fluid - low. Coolant - low. Air Filters - a mess. I'll not be going back to Cincinnati Infiniti.

The service and hospitality is excellent! Although my vehicle was kept a bit longer than expected, having a loaner helped me maintain my busy schedule. However, these amazing accommodations don't come cheap! Nevertheless, I'll continue to patronize.
