I needed dent repairs to the passenger side of my 2018 Mazda CX-5. I had gone to a few places in town and was recommended to In-n-Out Collision by another pricy corporate shop. The owner, David, was immediately willing to help, explaining what was needed without the unnecessary frills while remaining friendly and upfront the whole way through. He values locals, running his business and treating customers like family. He followed through on the original quote, including a discounted car rental, and was transparent and easy to reach for updates. When I picked up my car within a reasonable timeframe, the dent had disappeared like magic, the blue paint job was blended perfectly, and the car had even been cleaned. I could not be happier, and while I hope I don’t have to return, I will have no hesitations coming back in the future.

Initially, there was a small issue with the paint match; it wasn't quite right the first time around. However, the owner, David, immediately acknowledged the problem and went above and beyond to correct it. They took the time to ensure the color match was perfect, and the end result is nothing short of amazing. In n out collision best customer service and best price , met David the owner, awesome guy he got me a super great deal. Shop around and no one was able to beat his price. Definitely recommend everyone to bring their car here to get fix. Followed up with me with how the process was going fixing my truck. Definitely will come back if anything is needed. David and his team did a stunning job on repainting a bunch of parts on my Tacoma. Not only did he blow Maaco's quote out of the water, but the warranty is lifetime compared to only a few years with Maaco. David had great communication throughout the process and even met me on the weekend when they were closed so I could drop my truck off. Absolutely amazing customer service. I would absolutely recommend in-n-out collision.
