My car was damaged twice in a short time - once by rocks thrown at my vehicle, then by a big rig sideswiping me. Auto Art went the extra mile for me in taking care of all the damage, and by dealing with 2 very difficult insurance companies. My 12 year old car needed complete repainting, plus all the damage repair. The insurance company balked at my rental car needs, but Auto Art stepped up and made sure I got what was needed (and was legally my right). After about 2 months, the lifetime warranty was put to the test by some strange paint issues that occurred. They immediately scheduled my repairs, called in the paint company, and got it handled. My car looks brand new, and I love it!

They also kept me updated about my car which I truly appreciate and the day that it was ready to be picked up, they really made my car look brand new again. The personal attention was excellent. Explained in detail what I could expect and via text I know how my repair was progressing. The end repair result was excellent and there was a very beautiful paint job and body work to admire. The total staff both office and shop.are professionals.

Justin is the absolute best and does his job with passion! He made sure to take in my car right away and I got to pick it back up at the shop 4 days earlier then expected!! He listened to me and had amazing communication. He was always available when I called in with questions and he responded to my messages promptly! I came in at 4:59 to pick up my vehicle because I couldn't leave early from work and got caught in traffic but Justin waited for me to make sure that we went over everything and looked at my car! The techs did an amazing job with repainting my bumper and making it look as good as new!

My agent recommended me to bring my SUV for estimate. I was impressed with Justin explanation how long for the repair. They did great work on my car but they did keep it for 4 days past what they originally told me. It would've been fine if I went through insurance but I was paying out of pocket and that extra 4 days cost me an additional $250 for my rental car. They compensated by doing additional work need which made it a little more worth it. All-n-all, good work good customer service and if I ruin my car again, I'll go back to them for sure. 1st & 2nd pick are of the damage to my driverside front and rear doors and the 3rd pic is of what it looks like now.
