During the oil change, they also ran a quick diagnostic and realized I needed to change a few minor things, which I agreed to in addition to the cracked rim I did not notice. I have a 2024 Elantra, in several times my car shuts down and goes totally off without me being able to turn it back on without help of another road driver using jumper cables. 2 times I brought my car to Hudson Hyundai service and in both occasions their response is the same: "We can't find any issues in your car", last night the car did it again, this time me trying to leave from work, the car won't turn on! This morning i've been calling them with no answer on the phone and they keep putting me on hold for long long time. Every time i bring my car to their service department they test and drive the car for miles and miles and nothing happens (they consume my gas w/o replenish it) I also have to spend money on Uber or Lyft because they keep the car for more than a day. At this point i really don't know what to do but this is horrible and dangerous situation and Hyundai is actually not taking care of my car and my situation the way I expect. My car is a leased car and i am thinking about returning their car.
