Thanks for another great service transaction with Honda of Morristown! We had a late appointment for a routine oil change, in the middle of a sudden heavy thunderstorm. Mathew got us in quickly and dropped us off at Chilis so we could grab dinner and ride out the storm while they did our service. Perfect timing! Great dinner! Excellent service from Honda. Went by Honda Morristown an have been thinking of a Honda or Toyota van for a few months. No intention to buy anything until after the June car show in Knoxville. Ryan Walter’s came by and offered to open up an odyssey so we could look at the inside. It was very nice. He offered to let us drive it and I really was not interested in buying anything until my wife said let’s drive it and we could. At least compare it to other models. Ryan let me drive it and gave a complete breakdown of all the controls and functions in the car. Ryan was very knowledgeable and professional about the vehicle. We got back to the dealership and Ryan asked about buying the car. I was not interested in buying but it would give me some idea about the cost with my 2016 es350 trade in. He came back with an offer that told me I needed to forget buying the Honda. He said to give him an offer and I said we were so far apart it would be a waste of both of our time. I have never ever bought a car on the first visit to a dealer. He said just tell him what I wanted and I did. He came back at least four times. The last time we were $1000 off what I would trade for. Ryan came back with a way to get $1000 more off of the price. Still didn’t want to buy it but he met my price and we bought it. Now I want to commend Ryan Walter’s for being honest, trustworthy, professional, great salesperson, And a really nice individual. He did a great job and was upfront with us throughout the transaction. It takes me 4-6 months and at least 4 dealerships for me to finally buy. Ryan got us in 3-4 hours. Glad I got it and very happy I dealt with such a nice gentleman as Ryan. Would buy again from him.

I recently had my 2020 Honda Civic serviced at Honda Morristown. Sokol and Austin were amazing to work with. Austin worked with me to ensure some of the maintenance was covered by my extended warranty as well as making sure I received only what I needed. I drive over an hour for this service as I have never received this type of customer service from closer dealerships and service centers. Austin and Sokol made me feel like part of the Honda Morristown Family and ensured I had a loaner vehicle to continue my job/family life while my car was being serviced. They both went above and beyond and I never felt pressured like I normally do when going to other service centers. I will continue to drive over an hour to Honda Morristown to have service done on my vehicle because I know they will take care of me.

Jarod was helpful on his knowledge of the vehicle. Timmy and Braxton were expedient on the financing process. Darius extremely helpful in negotiating what we felt was a good deal. As a follow up, Darius was very helpful in explaining to my wife the functions of the vehicle (which there are a lot). Overall process is definitely worth recommending which we have already done.
