Michelle and Malcolm were awesome to work with. Fixed a dent on my BMW and they did an amazing job. Even put film on the door edge to match what was there. Great people and great service. Don’t hesitate if you are looking for a great collision center.

Our Subaru Impreza was damaged by a deer strike. New to the area, we asked friends/colleagues, our insurance company, and the internet about the right auto body center in the Chagrin Valley. We chose Highway Garage & Auto Body Center (HGAB) because (1) stellar reviews, (2) spotless facilities, (3) Subaru certified, (4) Progressive adjuster loves em', AND (5) “the deal maker”, their team led by Amber with an assist from Michelle, Laura (and mechanics like Chris). Amber is a master communicator, problem solver and customer advocate. When calling about their services, Amber asked good questions and listened. She was personable, knowledgable and proactive explaining that she would do what she could to win our business. Win it, she did here and moving forward! For example, we had no rental car rider with our insurance. No problem, Amber (and Laura) found us a HGAB loaner. We needed the repairs to not void our Subaru warranty. Check, Amber (and Michelle) worked hard to make this happen. We had a minor rattle in the final repair phase. Not...an…issue, Amber (and Chris) hopped in our car, got the full mechanic team diagnosing and fixed the issue. At each step of the way, Amber and her teammates were a real pleasure. As or most important, our car runs perfectly and looks brand new! Yep, just like friends and family told us, if you need top quality devotion to you as a customer with auto body repair needs, run to HGAB's Amber and her team. We will again!
