I was/am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use Heppner’s Midway again. I brought in my very, very old Subaru Forester which had multiple damage: bumper, headlight, grille, radiator support, cooling, fender and more….. They were forthright and realistic with the work they had to do with estimates, and timetable. Communication was good and they kept me informed all along the way. I chose “used parts if available” and for a 2005 vintage car - I believed they spent a great deal of effort & time looking for parts. The cost was very reasonable considering time searching for parts plus repair. It’s an awful experience when your car gets messed up but drove out of their garage happy. Plus my 2005 looked like new and never has been cleaner - inside & out!

I got rear-ended and went to Hepners to get the car fixed up. I went there previously to get my windshield replaced and I remembered having a good experience. The customer service and communication during repairs was great. I got my car back and it wasn't just fixed, it was sparkling. My car matts have never looked so good since I bought them. Excellent service. Above and beyond.

I had a very positive experience with the team at Heppner’s, especially Jasmine, who made the intake a breeze and kept me informed throughout the process. Special bonus that my car had been cleaned inside and out when I came for pickup, and also that they took my rental car back.

I chose Heppner's because of the positive reviews I saw! My window, part of my door and ignition had to be replaced or fixed. Randy and his team were wonderful! I received the estimate and approximate date the car would be done. All along the way, they would text me to keep me posted on how things were going. They even got finished 2 days ahead of schedule! They detailed the inside of the car and she looked great. The work they did has a warranty and if there are any problems, all I have to do is call. Will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know who needs auto body care! Thanks again, Randy for the great work on my new to me baby!
