I’ve been going to a different Tires Plus location since 2021 but recently needed a quick service while on my way home from work. I stopped in and the Manager, Andrew, was one of the nicest people I’ve come across. Excellent service & explanation of what was going on with my vehicle and didn’t try to tell me I needed additional things added to my service that weren’t necessary. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back again!

The service was great. Website nailed everything except the app. needs a little improvement such as scheduling but doesn’t link from website to app. And the app doesn’t have all the trims. For example, 2010 Toyo Corolla trim such XSE, LE, L, but no S.

The new tires and alignment were done efficiently and professionally, and the cost was less than other retailers we looked at. The mechanics also completed very thorough vehicle diagnostics and gave us a detailed report of issues that will soon require our attention. From the Associate who scheduled our appointment to the able mechanics, we are very happy with the services we received!

I brought my car in to the 300 Snelling location on Saturday, 5/3/25 because I had suspected that the driver side wheel bearing needed to be replaced (hence the rubbing/humming sound) and I told the tech as much when I arrived. I had been hearing that sound for a couple of days while at low speeds (not while breaking) and when making left hand turns. Wally called me on Sunday afternoon and told me that they had completed an inspection and that the front brakes needed to be replaced as well as the serpentine belt and the tensioner. This is not what I had told them to look at but Wally insisted that these things needed to be fixed ASAP, so I gave permission to do the repairs. I was quoted at $800 and when I came to pay and get my car back yesterday, 5/6/2025, I was told that the total cost was $1100. This is quite the jump from the original quote, but we had no choice but to pay it as this is my only way to get to work (50 mile round-trip commute every day). I expressed concern and frustration with this and was told that Wally would be in contact with me today to discuss the matter, but I have yet to hear from him. Furthermore, I continued to hear the rubbing/humming sound from the driver side wheel well on my way to work this morning. This is greatly frustrating to me, as it would appear that they did not address my initial concern of the wheel bearing needing to be replaced. I am not convinced that they even looked at it given I’m still having the same problem today. When I called the store to try and resolve the issue/ask for a refund, I was met with an attitude and told that they would not issue one despite the fact that they didn’t fix the problem, and cost my family money that we do not have. I am wholly disappointed in the service that I received and I will likely have to spend more money that I do not have in order to fix my car. Avoid this location at (literally) all costs. They’ll screw you, too.
