Worthless rude staff. No one bothered to get up and help me when I entered. I needed to borrow equipment, but after I waited over 5 minutes at the register I was just sent away without what I needed. Absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER return there again. The fact that afterwards in the parking lot, an employee ACTUALLY asked to move my car so that employees could work on their own vehicles rather than helping me with mine! 🤬 Getting rid of their paying customers? Wow!

I wish there was a negative star. I bought a car battery and with three years warranty on it. The battery got bad,in a year or so and I came to check if the warranty covers it or not. But I found out they didn’t put it in the system and ended up buying a new one.😡

I highly recommend coming to this location if you’re in Saint Paul. Haile and Vanessa did an amazing job assisting every customer while I was there. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Compared to the Rice street location, I will choose this one every time.

Came for a free battery test and learned I need a new battery. The workers came out and helped remove and put the battery back in, which I didn’t know how to do. Great service, very friendly!

This store was unhelpful. I had a warranty issue and the staff member refused to help claiming that it was “too late” even though the store didn’t close for several more hours. I was really surprised by the unwillingness to help with my issue.
