I had a fantastic experience at H. T. Discount Tires! My car had been making a strange noise for weeks, and after visiting a couple of other shops that couldn't figure it out, Mohamed and his team diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time. They replaced my brake pads and adjusted the alignment, which made my car feel like new again. On top of that, I decided to get a new set of tires while I was there, and they had a great selection at competitive prices. The tire change was quick, and they even threw in a complimentary tire rotation. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained everything in a way that made sense without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. The shop was clean, and scheduling an appointment was easy. Mohammad was phenomenal. I had a tire with a bad valve stem and he was able to get it fixed within 10 mins. After he was finished we sat around and drank tea together. This place is awesome and super affordable. I have some other work I need done on my car and I'd take it to him when I'm ready to have it worked on.

It hurts me to leave a negative review. But it is all done in honest truth. My first encounter was pleasant. I had problems with my seat cushions on my 2008 Lexus IS350 because they were damaged. Mo repaired them and did a good job. That being said, because he was so personable and did a decent job.I thought I would give him my business. The spiral started when I informed Mo that I needed some used all-season tires, I specifically told him I need them to be all season because I had a bad experience with the snow previously and my car did not fare well because of the tires I had on the car previously. Later on I found out Mo sold me some 15-year-old summer tires that were not even supposed to be on the road and he charged me the price I would have paid for some brand new one, and the tires were defective and because they weren't all-season and there were summer tires they could jeopardize my safety. Not learning my lesson.I stuck with Moe. I needed some major work done on my 2008 Lexus IS350. Moe replaced all four of my wheel hub assembly bearings, my brake rotors In which I specifically ask him to put some good quality premium rotors on my car, and I guess he was trying to save some money.and he put some cheap rotors , which rusted out on the first rain we had. My rear axle he replaced but it ended up leaking again Even though it was a brand new axle. I discovered these problems when a couple of months later , I started hearing a loud noise under my car which appeared to get worse and worse. Eventually took it to the dealer And paid $200 dollars for a full car diagnostic. And not only did they tell me the work had been incorrectly done, they showed me pictures to prove it. They said it was as if had never got any of the work done and that he left parts off and parts were incorrectly installed. I spent well over $4,000 dollars with Moe. And what did I get. Well, I got what I paid for. Everything that he had put on the car, he didn't do it correctly. He didn't pay attention to detail and rush the job. And by not learnig my lesson the first time I have to get all this work done all over again. So don't make the mistake I made or you truly will pay when it comes to any work he does outside of used tires but it's a dice roll, sometimes you get lucky sometimes you don't. It may cost you a little bit more money in the beginning, but as the saying goes , you get what you pay for, and you pay for what you get. You may end up paying more in the long run. I'm very disappointed. but it was a lesson well learned.
