Had rips in leather in my driver seat and console, too large to repair. J&J used direct Subaru parts for the console and the seat. After the parts came in, they did the work over about 4 hours and I got the car back same day. They were friendly, reasonable with price, and they did an excellent job.

I got my convertible top replaced by them. They did an excellent job as it looks brand new. They even were able to tighten up the flap above the tonneau cover that was flapping around. Even gave it a nice detail with tire and wheel shine. Very quick and detailed job from what I can tell. Dropped the car off Monday and got it was ready for me by Friday. I wasn't able to pick it up until Monday and that wasn't a problem for them. You can tell they care about their customers cars. Mine is a higher profile car and they had it backed up to building with another car infront of it blocking it in. Very smart and curious. There do have a bit of a wait to get an appointment but I don't see that as a problem as their work is stellar.

Reasonably priced, work was done in a timely manner (5 hrs) . I was able to drop off and pick car up in the same work day. The color match to vinyl and leather seats were perfectly suited for my Cadillac SRX! Greg , THANKS so much for helping me preserve my vehicle!

Highly recommend this shop! Great customer service and amazing attention to detail at their craftsmanship. I have a bmw 325i sedan, manual, year 2002. A few months ago J&J replaced the entire headliner which was pulling away from the top and side pillars, and the front pillars were nearly bare of fabric. They completely matched the fabric. There is no way to tell they did not recover the sun visors, since fabric appears to be exactly the same as the headliner. Perfect seams at the sunroof, overhead controls, and all edges. Thanks Team J&J Auto Upholstery! Perfect job done!

Great work, when Greg gives you an estimate and how long it will take you can count on it, just had them do a second car for me and it looks beautiful, they deliver more than you expect at a fair price.

My 2015 Subaru Outback seats were ripped and falling apart. They were replaced with OEM parts in one day at a significantly lower price than quoted by the dealership. Greg was easy to deal with and his workmanship is top quality. I highly recommend... 5 Stars!
