BEWARE! I wish there was an option for 0 stars! I took my Acura RDX to A + Collision following an accident that involved replacing the rear bumper and liftgate. They told me they would have my car for 3-5 business days, but ended up having it for 72 days, leaving me with no car for 8 entire days during that time. A + Collision ended up causing more damage to my car than it was originally brought in for. I have returned it 5 times since late April and each time there is more damage. They were only supposed to replace the bumper and liftgate and re-paint, but they ended up involving both of the quarter panels because they got paint drippings all over them. They are denying touching them but it is very obvious that they did because the lines around the windows are jagged, there is paint in my gas tank and there is paint on the mud flaps under the quarter panel, not to mention the fact that the paint does not even match the rest of the car and my tail light doesn't work because they got water in it. I have attempted to resolve the issue with them, but they are not cooperating. The GM, Randy, stopped communicating with me after I discovered that A+ charged my insurance for this "new" bumper part plus 12 hours of labor to replace it and did none of it! Not only is the liftgate USED, A+ did not even replace the bumper part that they charged my insurance for. It is still damaged and starting to rust because all they did was replace the bumper cover assuming I would never find out. Curious why they had my car for a total of 72 days and caused more damage than it was originally taken in for?? My car is still a mess, and all of my complaints have still not been addressed - unmatched paint, taillights don't work, paint on the inside of the liftgate, used liftgate, bumper was not replaced, gas tank has paint in it, paint on quarter panel window trim, the list goes on.

I was in a wreck in April 2024. These guys rocked!!!!! Worked well with my insurance company and had my car done and back on the road in no time at all! Very happy with the service received here!

I just went into the business, and the gentlemen, having a conversation at the desk inside, looked at me and continued their conversation. I waited a few and left. Just a few words like, We'll be with you in a moment would have helped.

Had my car taken here (not my choice) after an incident damaged my windshield and hood. Everything was set up by my insurance company and at first glance, everything seemed fine. When I got my car back, the cosmetic work was good, but the windshield wiper fluid hose was disconnected and several settings did not work on my wipers. Tried to call several several times but was either sent to voicemail or was told a manager/owner wasn't in to address the issues. Come to find out that this shop didn't use the correct windshield, even though my insurance paid for it, which caused the issues with the wipers, and the shop just forgot to reconnect the hose. Since they were dodging my calls, I had to take my car somewhere else to fix their lazy work and I still can't get a hold of them to remedy the windshield issue. Sure, you don't have to pay your deductible, but you get what you pay for, shotty work and poor management. Edit: The owner is saying they tried calling me several times regarding the issue... that is an outright lie.

I have been to many car shops. Trying to get my car fixed and This is one of the BEST fast reliable affordable car shops to go to on the west side of Columbus.. Chantry and J did a great job working on my car! I give them 10 Stars I highly recommend!!!

Hands down the best body shop!!! Randy is the best GM, he works tire·less·ly to ensure you’re happy with their performance!!! I love this place, and if you need anything come here, they will take care of you!!! Customer satisfaction is their main goal all the way!!! Randy needs the best raise and more!!! lol he deserves it!!!
