Tim Hart, I literally can't say enough great things about him! Called him during a very difficult time for everyone after hurricane Helene, he was very courteous and professional agreed to fix a nasty dent on my truck door, that came from a tree limb from the storm. He immediately jumped on the repair and let me be clear it wasn't just a repair he brought the door back to literally factory new can't even tell where the dent was!!! I have a Toyota Camry that had gotten bumped by another car, causing a dent and some scratches. He did a great job. You can't even tell anything had happened! I highly recommend him! He was very professional and showed up when he said he would!

I was referred to Tim and Guardian by The Detail Shop in Black Mountain for paint-less dent repair. Tim worked with me to find a day, time and location that worked for us both. It took a while to book the appointment—due in part to my availability—but it was well worth the wait. On time, excellent communication, extremely knowledgeable, experienced & professional. I was honestly skeptical as to whether he (or anyone) could work out the many dents on my vehicle, as well as if the results would justify the expense. I’m happy to report that I was pleasantly surprised on both accounts. I had no idea as to the decades of experience and considerable skill Tim brought to bear on behalf of his clients. Paint-less dent removal is a far for involved process than I had envisioned. Tim, who likely underbid my job, arrived early and stayed late until the job was done to the best of his (or anyone’s) ability, and honored our agreed upon estimate. The results speak for themselves. I remain shocked at the final product. My seven year-old car looks nearly new. Tim is truly an expert in his field and obviously takes great pride in his work. He is a perfectionist, and it shows. I could not be more pleased with the outcome or experience. Both well exceeded my expectations. And he’s a great guy to boot. I could not recommend Tim/Guardian more highly. A good dent guy is hard to find and Tim isn't good...HE'S GREAT! Can't say enough about his communication skills but it is his dent repair skills that are unmatched! I brought him my 2023 Bronco that had a dent behind the spare tire which was causing the metal to flex and make a popping noise. It was right on a crease and wasn't sure anybody could fix it. I had been quoted thousands of dollars from a body shop. Tim took care of it in a matter of hours, for a very fair price, and the work was flawless! If you need to have a small dent fixed, look no further. Call Tim and I know he'll take good care of you like he did me. Thanks Tim!
