I cannot say enough good about Gregs Auto Body! Their customer service is almost like stepping back in time. They definitely care about getting everything repaired at a cost-effective price. From filing all insurance claims to aiding in car rental, to getting everything perfect on a short timeline. They care! A great privately held business with high standards… Hard to find these days…. And I’m very thankful that I did!!

The front desk person, Gina was very helpful. Went out of their way to help with a insurance claim, gave great and helpful advice even when the advice wasn't directly helping their company. Very personable. Would highly reccomend.

I had an unexpected issue when my bumper fell off after a visit to Mister Car Wash, and I stopped by Gregg’s Auto Body not knowing what to expect. Gina was amazing! She immediately reassured me I came to the right place, offered to take out the bumper since I couldn’t drive safely with it dragging, and gave me a fair estimate. When I mentioned I couldn’t afford the full repair at the moment, she was kind enough to help me put the bumper back on, charging me a very reasonable price. The hospitality and kindness I experienced were beyond what I expected. I’ll definitely be back for any future car issues! Highly recommend.

OMG! Gina and her family are super sweet! They are very respectful family business that works hard, and their work speaks for itself. I came into there business very worried about pricing and they ressaured me and found parts for my card that worked in my budget. I brought my car to them on Monday and they finished on Wednesday morning. They work very fast and kept me updated on everything that was going on with my car. Thank you Gina, Sue and Greg so much.

My grandpa asked me to share this review for him: Gregg’s Autobody Thanks to the help provided by the Family that operates Gregg’s Autobody I was able to resolve a dispute with the other party involved in a collision between two moving vehicles, backing up in a parking lot. First Gregg’s Autobody provided a fair estimate of the repair cost at a favorable price because they were able to locate a replacement passenger door that was undamaged but came from another vehicle. Second, they painted over two scratches on my rear fender that had resulted from the collision as a goodwill gesture. Third, they provided me with alternative scenarios for how to come to a fair determination on how to divide the cost for the door replacement on the other car. This information led to a settlement on the same day with both parties feeling that they had a fair resolution. The entire experience has left me feeling very positive about Gregg’s Autobody. Because the three people that I dealt with at Gregg’s Autobody were all helpful beyond the usual, I will not hesitate to return there for autobody repair. Rolf Engel
