Heppner's Auto Body - 7th Street

Heppner's was great to work with start to finish for auto body work from a fender bender. Summer answered all my questions and Marshall was great at keeping me updated on the progress. A remote estimate option was available for me to send in my own photos to get the process started. Also got an exterior wash and interior vacuum detail which was a nice surprise. Hopefully I won't be back anytime soon - no offense to y'all! ☺️

Heppner's a great family owned business! They keep you up to date on your vehicle. They did a phenomenal job on my Van, could barely tell it was in an accident. They went above and beyond in repairing the vehicle to look like new condition! Highly recommend and will return when needed.

I brought my truck to Heppner's for a major repair. They were excellent throughout the whole process. One of the managers, Marshall, was in touch with me the entire time with updates on the work. He is amazing! They took to time to get everything right. When it was done the truck looked good as new. I will definitely recommend Heppner's to everyone I know.

Absolutely above and beyond my expectations. I got my bumper smashed in a hit and run over Christmas, and they were able to get me in soon, and the turn around time was faster than I originally thought. They called with updates as well as text messages, which I appreciated. My car was not only fixed with expertise and care, but it was detailed and washed upon arrival. I'll never go anywhere else, and will recommend them to anyone who asks. Special thanks to Marshall for all the updates throughout the process!

The staff at Heppner's provided exceptional customer service from start to finish on the repair of my vehicle. They did a great repair job, cleaned my vehicle inside and out, called daily with a progress report, and my vehicle was ready on the date they said it would be finished.

Writing another review since I can't update/respond to more gaslighting. On top of refusing to do quality repairs for the insurance part of it. They also refused workmanship for the paint on the bumper that I paid separately for. The paint spattered all over my car from it. Causing a couple thousand in damage. Went ahead and paid another deductible rather than try to keep working with these guys. Sad I had you use insurance for your shoddy work and ethics. They continue to lie and refuse to warranty the work to this day. Disgusting manager/owner really.

I was in a fender bender and Heppners made the whole process so easy and painless. I got frequent updates about the status of my car and they did a fantastic job. More than anything though the customer service was top notch. Marshall and Sommer were incredibly kind and easy to work with. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do I will not go anywhere else.

Very honest and efficient body shop. We’ve gone to them multiple times with various cars through insurance and they continue to be my first choice if anything happens. Great communication and service, and they do great work. Highly recommend!
