Lancer Service

I've been taking my cars to Lancer for routine maintenance and repairs for over 10 years and it's still my favorite! They've made great improvements with incorporating tech into the process. I can easily see and accept/deny suggested repairs and quotes digitally. The whole place is also staffed with great people and highly skilled technicians. It's definitely a hidden gem in St. Paul. I highly recommend this shop to everyone!

I've been going to Lancer since the early 90's, bringing a variety of cars through the ages. I value reliable cars that I will drive as long as I can. Their good advice and work has helped me keep my cars running well. Over the decades that I've come here, they have also adopted some great communication tools to send diagnostics and estimates for approval. Not only do I appreciate the detail, but it helps get the work done more quickly. Good communication and straight-dealing has earned my trust.

I wish I could give them 6 stars! My car broke down which is a nightmare situation luckily it broke down right by Lancer Service Auto Repair & Maintenance. Not only were all the workers so transparent, kind, and truly helpful; they found the alternator my car needed and had it delivered that same day. After only a few hours my car was fixed and they even rotated my tires, changed my oil, and gave me a list of future things my car might need. They're the best

Lancer has been taking care of my 20+ year old car for fifteen years. I have had nothing less than outstanding service and support that entire time. I highly recommend Lancer Service. I took in my Fiat 500 which I recently purchased from a private party. I wanted to get a baseline evaluation and establish a service record. All findings were presented to me electronically with photos and ranking of severity. This made it very easy for me to determine what to address now, and what to address in the future. After authorizing the repairs, the staff at Lancer kept me informed of progress. In short order, a targeted list of repairs were completed and I now drive my Fiat with confidence…and it feels like a new car!

Very professional, detail oriented, friendly, and honest. Their prices are more than reasonable. Lancer’s is the place. Excellent service by experts who miss nothing. Aaron and Chad always add advice with a personal touch emphasizing priority items on offering a tkmeline on less urgent items. Beautiful clean shop with a comfy place to sit and read or work using WiFi plus, if needed, the offer of a loan car or a ride home. Love Lancers - We are so thankful to have found them on the recommendation of our son when we first came to Saint Paul. We just purchased a used car from a neighbor and Lancers did a thorough evaluation for us and prioritized current and future repairs needed. They did a very thorough evaluation and completed needed repairs. Many thanks to the whole staff at. Lancers.

I’ve used Lancer several times now to keep my old Volvo XC90 on the road and each time has been an Excellent experience. Their communication, service and craftsmanship are exceptional and all at a fair price! I plan to use them for all of my car repairs!
