I had a problem where the electronics shut down on my dashboard while driving. I called and Ben Croze in Sales was very helpful explaining what might be going on and had service call me shortly thereafter. Chris Ruswinkel (sp?) in service was very helpful the next day when I brought the car in. He determined that there was an update installed that had caused the problem and set the update schedule so that it won't happen when I am driving.

We feel like we got taken advantage of. over a $5000 bill and wasn't offered the catalytic converter they took off. Did alot of unnecessary maintenance (gave it a tune up even though it had one around 20000 miles ago) I would not recommend this place to get your car serviced. UPDATED Something is definitely fishy here. Talked with the service manager and agreed I was charged 500 for the core that should have been taken off my bill they agreed to return the money when they did I would take down my review after they returned what should have been $1000. My review is somehow taken down without my permission and I'm only returned $500.
