I hit a deer and needed my bumper / fog light replaced, and Gerber was very helpful from start to finish. They’re very communicative, and lay it out for you what is being fixed and where. I really appreciated the sheet they give you with costs and a diagram of your car. They also made sure to have the parts before dropping off my car, which I appreciate because I don’t want to have my car sitting while parts are being ordered! They also call to give you updates on where your car is at in the fixing process. I feel like very few shops have that built into their process, instead you have to call them for an update.

Very nice work!! I recommend this business. Auto repaired after hitting a deer. The estimator and other staff were very professional and thorough, After the repair the whole car looks like new. And they even cleaned the interior - which was very dirty. I read these reviews and saw some were negative. But, I wonder if the complaints were really based on the quality of the owner's insurance, rather than the repair facility. Either way - I hope this helps!

I called needing repairs and they got me an appointment in less than 48 hours, I was in and out within an hour and the cost was much less than the original qoute the dealership gave me. Communication and customer service was great. Highly recommend!

After waiting over 2 weeks for an appointment, they set up with us, the receptionist looked unkempt, was rude, and they weren't ready for us until 40 minutes later. We went to Eaton Auto Body and didn't need an appointment to be seen by the owner. We were treated professionally, with respect and courtesy. It's a definite PASS on a referral for you to go to Gerber Collision & Glass from me. Oh, and they quoted over $100.00 more to fix our truck than Eaton Auto Body.

sad that even after contacting the district manager regarding issues with my car, the body damage part they caused was just ‘forgotten’ about. They had to smash out my back glass for replacement which ended up with tons of scratches on the roof of my car, the weather strip barely hanging on, and glass left in my trunk lol. Not playing yet ANOTHER game of tag with them trying to fix my car, guess I’ll get it done somewhere else.
