My Ford Flex needed an oil change & Impt. service work. My Ford service advisor, Mike Spencer, was able to get me in, on short notice, and handle everything smoothly. He was so nice! Car wash was huge! Lobby was clean. I did paperwork while waiting. I love Ford and Ford service. Grand Ledge Ford did a great job! Thank you so much!

Dropped car off night before, was called promptly at 7.30 am to discuss the situation. Was called soon thereafter with an assessment. Very courteous, very fast. Courtesy driver was also very welcoming and friendly. Happy with the experience overall.

Absolutely love Morrie’s. We especially love the valet service of coming for our car and returning it. I was very pleased with the service (the video was nice) and I felt reasonably priced. That is important to us because we a very senior citizens, with limited income. Only one small issue was I had ask for them to check the spare tire, to make sure I have one, if it is a doughnut, or full size and is blown up. I’m going on a long trip solo and I just wanted to be sure I am prepared. They forgot to do that, but I am sure my husband can take somewhere in town to check it out! Thank you so much for your great service. We appreciate you.
