I drove my car on a flat over a block away from this location it was the closets one ! I walk in the gentleman behind the counter do believe his name was Dave , I told him as of now I need the cheapest tire he quoted me $150 pls some tax !!! Sadly I have to pay it because I need a tire and my vehicle to be able to commute to work ! So I had to pay it ! I want to say i expected to be treated with respect and great professionalism when I spend my money at a business : I don’t care if it only $1 dollar ! The guy never gave me a time frame when the car be done just no communication at all just took my keys! A white sorta heavy set tall bald man with black glasses came up front talking to the guy doing the counter talking about someone car a piece of crap !!! I’m sorry but not all people have the same things as others !!! I’m grateful and proud of my rust bucket car !!! I will never give Goodyear my business again if I could have made it to NTB that’s who would’ve got my service! They are professional they care about their customer and try best way to help and not rape your pockets and also very again professional ! They don’t talk about their customers! Not mad about the price more so that no warranty for tire had to pay close to $30 more so $1900-$200 for a tire for an old 2005 Toyota Corolla is insane but more mad of the customer service and professionalism! I work in retail for years would never make my customer feel this way or unworthy becuase they don’t have car where it seems they have money!

Fantastic service! David really bailed me out and right at the end of the day. I picked up a gnarly bolt in my Pilot Sport 4S.. It's a Saturday evening, and I made my way there due to them being the closest tire shop at the moment. David gave it to me straight, had knowledge as well as advice, so ultimately, I had them attempt to patch the tire, with success! They got my N back on the road, and I won't have to cancel my plans after all! I couldn't be happier with the team here. Keep up the great work!

Bought 4 new tires was sold on the deal based off being told if I got the credit card. I would also get a hazard roadside warranty. Got a nail in my tire and being told now that I don't have it!!

This is my go-to. If there are any problems with your car, besides what you came in for, they let you know and ask you if you want to do it. There other place I have gone to, just do and then charge you an arm and a keg for it

Only let them change my oil last time because they screwed it up so bad by putting the oil cap on way to tight, no other place could get the oil cap off. After some arguing with a very rude Hispanic man behind the counter they replaced the cap they had to break to get off and changed my oil at no charge. Took them 2 hours though. Update: I understand they probably have a shortage of skilled trained employees, so tasks may make them hours rather than one of those fast 20min oil change places. The manager is very nice and more honest than i expected. Has given me good advice instead of just trying to upsell me.
