I called to inquire about walk-ins for a slow leak in my driver-side rear tire. Kevin was kind, he told me to bring it in so they could look at it. I was in the shop for approximately an hour. I'm grateful for there effort to plug the tire and the benefit of having a new tire available for purchase. Thank you all for the work you do. I appreciate your service. Blessings!

I absolutely love this place. Their prices are reasonable, their work is outstanding and done in a timely manner. They have a customer for life, I'm never going anywhere else, this is Storm's official doctor lol.

While traveling to Columbus we had a small issue with the shielding underneath our car. I contacted GoodGrip Tires on a Sunday and they were able to provide a temporary fix so I could get back home and schedule time with my repairman. Really appreciated everything they did to get me in and out of there quickly and back on the road home. Love small businesses that are so customer focused. Would definitely recommend using them.

I got a bunch of stuff done in my car with them last week. Prices were reasonable and the staff was understanding and very friendly. I recommend them to anyone that wants good service in their car.

Have had them exclusively work on my car for the past year or so with no issues until I was quoted $800 to replace my front wiper motor. They said the part itself was $500 (very easily purchased new for $200) and the remainder was labor. Needless to say I’ve been second guessing how much they’ve been ripping me off all along. Install completed myself in under 20 mins lol

Tried for the first time to get diagnostic on my AC as it was not working. I just purchased the car in October so I just found out. The previous mechanic I was using was so expensive and I had heard that Good Grip was reasonably priced and it is right down the street from my house. It just needed freon and there were no leaks! They do lots of other services too. I finally have a newer car but I think this will be my new go to place. Check them out!

The gentlemen who work at this shop are exactly that, GENTLEMEN! This past weekend my Cadillac tire was losing air so I drove to the closet repair shop. I'm so happy I found GoodGrip! Moe and Adam put the car up on the rack, found the screw in my tire, pulled it out and plugged it without hesitation. While waiting, I spoke with a customer who said she only uses this shop. About 15 minutes later my tire was fixed. When I offered to pay they kindly declined. I was so pleasantly surprised I didn't know what to say. Everyone should go see for themselves. They are professional, polite, friendly and have found a repeat customer in me. THANK YOU!

I am pretty upset with this place. My father brought his jeep in for a couple issues wanting estimates for repairs. The issues he was having diagnosed were a power steering leak and steering instability at high speeds. For these two issues he was quoted $2300. Now his jeep is older and is not worth much more than double that quote, needles to say he was freaking out. He was able to drive the car a couple hours so I could take it and make the repairs thinking least I can do is help out on labor cost. I was able to find the cause of both issues in 10 minutes. His power steering leak was caused by a hole in the pressure line. I found a new replacement part for less than $50. This shop quoted a new ps pump, lines, and gear box. All they had to do was turn the car on and turn the wheel and it was very obvious what the problem was. Second issue was stability at high speeds. They quoted new tie rods and adjustment sleeve. When I went to diagnose this issue I found that the track bar shock absorber had made itself very loose and wasn't absorbing any oscillations. He had the tie rods replaced in past years and they all looked fine in my opinion. This was found again within minutes of inspection. So this 2300 problem is now resolved with maybe $100 worth of parts just to get him back on the road. Unfortunately, the day before my dad was going to make the trip to bring me his car he found one of the rear brakes were locked up. He took the car to good grip to have them repair the rear brakes. They charged him $1000 to replace the rear brakes this included pads and rotors one new caliper and a new master cylinder (I am not sure why they replaced the master cylinder). The part that upset me with this work was for just the parts cost for the rear brakes and rotors they charged $500. I suspect that's over double the price of what the parts actually cost. I called the shop today and spoke with the owner about my concerns and let him know how worried my dad was over the estimates he received and what I found while looking over the car. The owner was not able to recall the car I was referring to and couldn't speak on the estimates my father was given. I do understand they are a business and not a charity but I believe they were taking full advantage of my father. The issues I found required very little effort and time and the repairs to get him back on the road are costing us very little money. I would think a reputable shop would be able to find these issues and offer him a solution that would work, not just blindly throwing parts marked up 100% at the issue. If you are looking to have mechanical issues fixed never hesitate to get a second opinion. To reply to owners response: I don't know why you make it out to sound like this car is a dump. It is 25 years old but it is in fine condition. Why would we buy a new car when this one runs great. Things brake on a car and you fix them. You make it out to sound like he was driving around on bad brake pads with blown out shocks for months and he simply wasn't. I hope people looking for a shop see the replies you make to everyone that has an issue deflecting any sort of responsibility and ask themselves if this is a business they want to endorse.

Picked up a screw in my tread and was in the neighborhood so I stopped to see if they could help me out and plug the tire for me. They were super professional and jumped right up to take a look. They had the screw out, tire plugged, and me on my way in 10 minutes. It’s really nice knowing that they’re there in case I need help in the future. I would not hesitate to go back. Great experience all around.

Trustworthy place. Looked online for the closest place I could take my car because it was not going to hold on for much time in the road. Kevin took a look at my car and provided me with a fair evaluation and price. I will definitely take my car there - in the hopes I won’t need it - because I trust him and his honesty and expertise to take care of what I need.
