O'Reilly Auto Parts Customer Reviews

Worst shopping experience ever. I went in to get antifreeze and wiper fluid and once I had those two items in my hand an employee later identified himself as "the manager" asked me what I needed help with and I said I was ok at that time I was looking at valve stems when one slid off the shelf and hit the floor and I stated to him "you could help me pick that up" but not in a rude manner I browsed for a couple more minutes and the went to the cashier and that's when I was told by the cashier he was not aloud to check me out and he was looking in the direction of the exit door that's when I turned to see the "manager" standing there and he said "you don't listen very well you need to leave the store" at this point I'm really confused and asked what I did wrong and explained if I missed something that was said to me that I'm deaf in one ear and was sorry for any miscommunication but it didn't matter he told me to leave again I asked who he was he said "the manager" so I asked for his name and he said "don't worry about it" at that time I proceeded outside to my vehicle and went across the street to advanced. I'm still in disbelief and feel so discriminated against just because I cannot hear well. Their HR will be contacted and my attorneys have been advised. Pretty sad to see people act like this and I feel worse for the next person that might go through something like this because it's really upsetting and degrading and totally unprofessional.

I needed a new rear window blade for my Honda and they not only had it at a reasonable price but they came outside and replaced my broken one.

Went in for windshield fluid and because of the cold weather we've had lately, I ask for a battery check in the freezing cold. So glad I did because my battery was terribly bad. Had to place it, the young man helped to remove the old one and install the new one, and cleaned away the corrosion. He was such a pleasant young man and knew his stuff.
