I went here to get brake pads for my girlfriend’s car. I walked in one customer at the counter one in front of me in line. I watched the guy help everyone until my turn. When it was turn a women walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what she needs before he was done helping me. Normally wouldn’t be a problem but when I was in line or the two men in front me none of us were greeted like she was. And I spent more than them smh

I went in thinking I needed a new battery. Wesley came out to test it and figured out it was something else! He went ahead and fixed the issue. Wesley was super helpful and explained everything along the way.

The sales representative in store 1086 had the store locked with his family inside the kids running around. He had to unlock the door to let us customers enter the store at 10 a.m. The representative Marces, after being informed, we were there for the parts we called in. He proceeded to ring the parts up and then stops abruptly after being asked to do a return on a previous purchase and use the money towards the difference. Marces took upon himself to pull my client to the side in the aisle and tried to tell him the parts were $80, not the 59.99 quoted on my commercial account. When we addressed what he was saying and what the computer was showing on the sales transaction, he started cursing at my client and told us to take our money and leave which at this point I was recording the incident and his girlfriend that was there also got involved and followed us outside the building making threats on his behalf. His attitude could of put his family in danger for no reason

Good money says this is one of the worst performing locations yall got. This place is abomination lmao. If I hadn't needed a ride to get there I'd have walked out within 10 seconds of walking in. This place is trash. Wow

Second time I've gone during posted hours and they aren't open. Seems like a lazy and undeoendable staff and culture. O'Reilly is right across the street, no need need to waste time here anymore.

I had a great experience being that I’m a woman I didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of. Told me what was wrong with my vehicle even had the parts I needed for a great price. The salesman was even able to recommend me to a mechanic.

Advanced Auto Parts Heroes: Wesley & Barry!! I was in need of a new battery and replacement services with a short time line and limited resources to take my car into a shop. So, I went Autozone off Stringtown road, hoping my battery location, which is easily accessible would qualify to receive the service. The rep came out to my car and quickly took one look and said, " No, unfortunately we cannot as there are fuses on the battery." Feeling defeated, I called AAP off Parsons near where I live and Wesley recommend to come in before giving an answer, naturally. Wesley and Barry took a hands in approach and assessed the 'attached fuses,' which was a simple fuse box held by a bolt. They fellas where shocked AutoZone denied my need and had me out of there safely and quickly! Thanks for the support and knowledge! Life savers, I tell ya!

Sales person was very insulting, and most likely racist. I walked in with wiper blades layed them on counter and he asked what I was in there for. Then when he was told my vehicle he started insulting me about what I drive. So I picked up my wipers and left.
