Had an excellent experience at John's Tire and Brakes on Parsons Ave. They handled both my brake service and an unexpected flat tire situation. What really impressed me was how quickly they were able to take care of the flat - they fit me in last minute and got me back on the road fast. The prices were very reasonable, and the customer service was fantastic. It's refreshing to find an honest auto shop that doesn't try to oversell you on services. Their staff was professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto service in Columbus!!

Everybody is so nice, they make sure to explain you everything. I don’t know nothing about cars but, since I got there, immediately noticed that they knew what they were doing and they are being serious about it, not just playing around. Has a woman it’s always so hard to go to this type of places because they always try to charge you the most, and they don’t tell you anything about the car. Definitely would come back for anything that my car needs to get done.

My car battery died, super unexpected but I was able to get one at Auto Zone off Livingston and they were kind enough to reach out to this auto shop to get someone to change my battery for me. I have never had such a seamless transaction better yet, ever been able to get into an auto shop to get work done as quickly and efficiently as this place. Very personable and professional!

Great guy with a good sense of humor. Went in for an oil change and he told me my brakes need replaced. I was skeptical but I nearly came to a full stop the first time I hit my brakes. They definitely needed replaced. He even drove me home while I waited. I’ll definitely come back.

Was in a dually utility bed hauling a trailer and got a bolt in my tire. I asked for a plug and they did it quick so I could keep working. Good price. Good guys. It’s been a few days of driving and the patch is holding 👍🏻

Highly recommend this place. I just got my brake pads and rotors replaced and John’s tire & brakes were great to work with. Friendly & professional, quick and genuinely good people. Plus, best prices around. I’d go back here for any future auto needs and will be recommending to friends and family.
