My husband bought a car battery two and a half years ago. With the battery we purchased the warranty. The person who scanned the battery scanned the wrong one. It had the wrong cereal number attached to our receipt. When my husband brought it back, they said that it wasn't the correct battery and he needed to purchase a battery wholesale and they said that the warranty was not connected to that battery. The date of purchase sticker match the date on the receipt. He got the manager (Vernie) of the department and he reluctantly checked all the batteries on his shelves to see if the battery on the receipt matched one of the batteries on the Shelf. Too much of his surprise yes it did match. They tried to act like my husband was trying to get something for nothing when in fact their employees made a mistake. It took 5 hours just to get a battery under the warranty. The worst part is the way we were treated. The manager never apologized.
