Great service with fast turnaround time. Took time to review what I needed and how they would complete the switch of my new rims. No scratches on new rims took time to ensure all task completed perfectly. Would most definitely recommend and will be back for other services.

The customer service was exceptional. Well done. Also, the work was completed very quickly. These gentlemen will be my go-to choice every time my car requires repairs. The one thing that really impressed me is that I can take my car to them for transmission servicing. That is a significant advantage for me.

Awesome customer experience and fast service. I really appreciate the manager, Kevin, his thorough knowledge and the fact that he didn't try to up-sale me, but only recommended what needed to be done. I definitely recommend this place for anyone needing work on their vehicle.

Would have maybe given them five stars but the simple fact that one employee there obviously and intentionally ripped my battery cover off when replacing the battery is unbelievable. They couldn’t respect something so simple. They couldn’t properly do this simple job but I’m supposed to trust them to do a $2,500.00 job on my car in the future. No thanks. I will not return. And he tells me the battery cover has to be ordered from the dealership so I’m aware it just a simple battery cover, but it’s the principal.

Amazing front desk Brian and mechanics! My brakes started have a noise. Turned out that rotators, brakes became in very bad condition. But I have to drive my family, go to my work etc. Without the car it’s impossible to live in US. They saved my life🙏 I’m very appreciative!

Needed tires for my Acura MDX, spoke with Kevin, he was very professional, very helpful and had a great attitude. Tires for my vehicle are very expensive, Kevin made sure to discuss all options before choosing. Ordered my tires on a Wednesday, they were delivered on Thursday and I made my appointment for Friday morning. Took only about 2 hours for installation and alignment. Kevin was my main point of contact and he made me feel good about leaving my car in their hands. I would definitely recommend this Ramona Tire location to anyone who is looking for honest and reliable service for their vehicle.
