Walmart Auto Care Centers

I don’t like to write negative rewew, but I need to. Came to buy a new tire for left rear. Paid $166.78. When back to my car, they changed my old right good tire to new😢Likely I figured out they mistake. They changed right away, thanks God! And young man and girl did rotation! Now I’m happy and can drive without worry.

Had new tires put on my car. The young man that serviced my car was friendly but there was a middle aged woman who was writing up the work order and she was NOT friendly at all. As a matter of fact she acted like she hated her job and was taking it out on the customers. 🙄

Leo was outstanding!!🙌 He is the perfect example of a perfect employee for Walmart. Got me in and out on a super tight day in less than 15 minutes and even put the specified oil I wanted in my car!! Checked all my tire pressures and sent me on my way safely with a smile. 😎👍 Thank you again Leo! Out standing work bud 🤙

First visit here for an oil change. Being greeted and helped took a bit. But when they did, they were friendly and helpful. The tech that did the oil change was cool. Best of all, you can shop while you're waiting. Four stars here!

My first time buying tires from Walmart. Darn good experience too. Thank you Bobby the service writer and Dave the inside guy were great. Made an appointment and they had me rolling about 90 minutes later with 4 new tires.

I stood in front of my car and nobody greeted me even tho there were plenty of employees. Now it’s been 40 minutes and my oil change isn’t done yet. Going else where from now on.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! This was my first time having my car serviced at a Walmart store ever!!! It was a Friday morning and I didn’t have to wait long to greeted. My car was processed I would say within 15-20 minutes of my arrival time. I was done 1.5 hours later and there were approximately 3 cars ahead of me!😳 Everyone I encountered during my visit were polite and professional. I used my wait time to do some shopping…who doesn’t always need something out of Walmart?😜 Oh! Of course the price was right! I’ll definitely be returning and would most assuredly recommend.
